## Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

## Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

## Early Start of Service and Possible Consequences for the Right of Withdrawal

ELIDERE provides a digital service for the structured review and preparation of digital communication.

If you expressly request that ELIDERE begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has expired, and you also confirm that you are aware of the consequences for your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal may expire upon full performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

The required declarations are requested and documented separately during the order or checkout process.

Without these express declarations, ELIDERE will not begin full performance of the service before the withdrawal period has expired.
